It is the operator’s responsibility to:

• Have personal accident insurance for all participants in the experience;
• Keep all safety, signalling, communications and first aid equipment updated and in good condition in accordance with applicable legislation;
• Keep the crew members’ licenses up to date and available on the vessel in accordance with the applicable legislation;

It is the customer’s responsibility:

• To follow crew’s instructions from the moment they board the boat until they disembark, concerning safety standards, use of life jackets, special care to be taken with children and in emergency situations;
• Children are accepted on board from the age of eight years old;
• To be ready to start the experience 15 minutes before the start time to be provided with all information about safety and accommodation on board;
• To take care of their belongings;

Our skippers may decide to change the tour route due to any sudden change in the weather or other force majeure, in order to guarantee the safety of all occupants of the vessel.

The operator is not responsible for the loss or damage caused to customers belongings, except those foreseen and covered by the personal accident insurance in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Our boat is not equipped with access for passengers with reduced mobility.
